Today has been a frustrating one, for sure. The battle of the build, PC build that is, is not going well. We have it on good authority that there is no logical reason for as much trouble as Kristi is experiencing. On the lighter side of things we’re pretty sure she can now (newly acquired skill) assemble and dissemble a PC tower in record speed! So I guess we can offer that in the Creative Services too? (We actually can, we have a network of vendors who specialize, and we can manage that for you so you can keep moving on to bigger and better life things. We just also like to acquire new skills like they’re going out of fashion hence the in-house battle of the build.)
On the more positive side of house, we’ve got some brand new and shiny pricing tools almost across the finish line. Our goal is to keep pricing as sustainable and fair as possible for our customers, it’s kind of our thing. A major contribution to our strategy is being able to adjust on a dime if we find or negotiate a better price on materials. This is also going to help us with identifying products that don’t fit with our company culture; aka costly for no inherent or logical reason – see outlier. This is one more step in the right direction, and it has home grown (coded) automation for easy use. It’s maybe not a super glamorous part of growing a business, but it is an essential one. Aaaaand it’s low key nerdy which is Rambutik approved.
On the S4lti Business Studio side of house, this is definitely a service we offer to our community. Pricing is tough, it doesn’t matter which industry we’re looking at. Figuring out what the market will bare, how to cover your fixed and variable expenses all while keeping with your business and personal core values is a challenge. Let’s talk it out and see if your ideas align with your goals. We can also work with you to build/install/implement/administrate the technology solution that makes sense.
