Is it possible to change my appointment date?

Absolutely, ideally we would love at least 24 hours notice but life happens and we’re flexible. Keep us in the loop and we will work with you around your schedule.

How much does custom framing cost?

Our goal is to help you find a solution that fits your requirements. There are many variables that influence cost. To help give you a ball park estimate please feel free to use our Requestimate tool.

How does the billing process work?

To secure your order, we request a 50% down payment with the remaining 50% to be paid upon order completion.

What is involved with a consultation?

In our shop, or your specified location, we pair you with a framing professional to guide you through a bespoke framing solution to fit your specific needs. We give you a range of options depending on what your project is, and help you make an educated decision before placing your order. Consultations typically take 20-45 minutes depending on the project.

Can I receive a receipt for my order?

Absolutely! We process estimates and orders digitally, and pride ourselves on reducing paper waste. Upon request we can make sure you receive a physical copy upon your order completion.
